The initial taste expresses a honey sweetness, followed by cream and black pepper with cedar notes. A complex yet crisp development of flavour brings the cedar to the forefront, complimented by a nutty texture and flavour on the finish. As we approach the finale, the pepper returns along with hay and leather which were prevalent in the pre-light aroma and cold draw. The end result is a masterpiece.
